COVID-19 – Update 25.03.2020


Following the government’s Level 4 Alert instructions, all New Zealand exams from midday Wednesday 25th March will be cancelled and no exam services will be run until further notice.

Our Customer services team are working hard to communicate directly with each affected candidate and will make contact with each person no later than 48 hours prior to your session booking. Please bear with the team as they work through this task as they will be working from home and our phone system will be limited. If possible, please email any queries you may have through to and we will get back to you as soon as we can. You will not be charged for cancelling your exam and a credit will be loaded to your account for future use.

At present, we are unable to advise when we will be able to reopen. Once we are able to begin providing our services again we will open up exam session bookings on the customer portals, but at this time you will not be able to make a booking until at least 23rd April. Please keep an eye on our website, our Facebook page, and the portals for updates.


At this time exams are going ahead as usual but we know things are changing quickly. We are keeping up to date with advice from the government and will make changes as required. If any issues arise concerning your exam booking our team will be in contact with you directly. We have introduced precautionary measures at our exam venues to help prevent the spread of the virus. We will update this post and our website if anything changes, however, if you have any concerns please contact our AU Customer Services team via to discuss.
