ASPEQ's New CEO

The ASPEQ board is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Heesterman as the new CEO for ASPEQ Limited. Bruce has extensive executive business leadership both in New Zealand and overseas. Most recently he has led the expansion of the international consulting business within Airways New Zealand including the establishment of the subsidiary Aviation English Services (AES). Before that, he had a long involvement with New Zealand Post where he held general management, operational, and business development positions.
Brian Roulston, Chairman of the ASPEQ board states, "Bruce will provide both leadership and continuity of purpose for ASPEQ. While offering diversity, he will also provide continuity within CAA and the aviation industry. His demonstrated commitment to improvement and the exploration of new lines of business are expected to be considerable advantages at this stage of ASPEQ's development. With Bruce's appointment, the senior management team and Board is strengthened, while remaining otherwise unchanged"
The Board also took the opportunity to acknowledge the tremendous contribution over the past two years of outgoing CEO, Dale Webb, who is returning to his primary passion in life - his vineyard.
