ASPEQ has a long history within the aviation industry, providing regulatory assessment services since 1992. Our customers include the Australian Civil Aviation Safety Authority, the New Zealand Civil Aviation Authority and similar organisations in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, Mauritius and the Pacific Islands.

In addition to the delivery of exams, flight training and Aviation English Language testing, our expertise includes creation of examination question banks meeting EASA, JAA as well as a number of local aviation authority standards. Our expertise within the industry also extends to both our board and senior management who have a range of aviation related qualifications and experience ranging from hands on pilot instruction and running airlines through to maintenance of civil aircraft and military jets.

This expertise and track record of experience enable us to assist in the development of new or improve existing aviation regulatory assessment systems, processes and delivery in locations within Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Europe.  Current aviation customers and the services supplied are listed below.

 

 

 

 CAANZ

 

 

 

 

Under a delegation from New Zealand Civil Aviation, ASPEQ supplies the delivery and management of all of its aircrew and aircraft maintenance exams, flight tests and Aviation English assessments.  Delivery is nationwide in New Zealand across 7 permanent and over 30 temporary exam venues.  ASPEQ provides question bank services, and operates a full candidate registration, booking and computer exam delivery systems throughout New Zealand.  Service has been supplied since 1992.

 

 CASA

 

 

 

Since 2002, ASPEQ has delivered and supervised the aircrew exams for CASA in Australia across 30 locations country-wide.  ASPEQ also supplies the aviation English language assessments. CASA runs its own exam question bank and exam generation systems with which ASPEQ's booking and candidate management systems interface.

 

 

 Mauritius

 

 

 

 

ASPEQ supplies the delivery and management of all Mauritius DCA's (DCAM) aircraft maintenance exams.  Delivery is conducted at DCAM's exam venues in Mauritius. ASPEQ provides question bank services, and operates a full candidate registration, booking and computer exam delivery systems locally.  Service has been supplied since 2007.

 

 Macau

 

 

 

ASPEQ supplies the delivery and management of all of Macau AAC's (AACM) aircraft maintenance exams.  Delivery is carried out at AACM's exam venues. ASPEQ provides question bank services, and operates a full candidate registration, booking and computer exam delivery systems locally.  Service has been supplied since 2006.

 

 CAASPaint

 

ASPEQ supplies its booking and exam delivery technologies as a software service to Singapore, where the systems are operated by CAAS who operate a full candidate registration, booking and computer exam delivery systems locally.  Remote internet-based support is supplied from New Zealand.  The service went live in 2010.
